- Friday - Saturday 6:30am to 3:30pm
Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital is hiring a dedicated part-time CSR to join our INCREDIBLE team!
Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital provides 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs, cats, and pocket pets. Open to the community since 2005, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care for pets across the Northern Front Range.
As a Client Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll play a vital role in supporting patient care and hospital operations. This position works closely with our veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure patients receive exceptional care while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about animal care.
- Previous veterinary experience as a CSR strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work proposed part-time schedule
- Basic computer skills, experience with Veterinary scheduling software strongly preferred
- Positive attitude with a compassionate approach to client care
- Willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with check-ins and check-outs
- Process payments, ensuring each patients account is current and up-to-date
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area
- Answer phones in a professional, friendly manner
- Stock supplies in reception when needed
- Support team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care
- Help create a positive experience for both clients and patients

Compensation:
Hourly pay starting at $17-$19/hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
