Eye Care for Animals Overland Park, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is looking for a friendly, service-driven Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our talented team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love helping people and their pets, and take pride in providing great hospitality, we’d love to meet you!
In this role, you’ll support pet parents, help keep appointments running smoothly, and contribute to a positive experience for every client and patient. The ideal candidate is empathetic, dependable, and communicates clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and online.
Responsibilities include but are not limited:
- Greet clients and their pets warmly, making everyone feel valued and comfortable
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and online
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Support the veterinary team by maintaining a welcoming and organized front desk environment
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine love for pets and the people who care for them
- Veterinary medicine experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Dependable, punctual, and consistently positive attitude
- Ability to stay calm, composed, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
