I know that every job posting promises good things, but we are the ones that deliver. We say what we mean and mean what we say. As a privately owned family of four veterinary clinics, we are able to completely control the outcomes every time every day. I started practice 48 years ago and have not only loved veterinary medicine but also thrived personally, professionally and financially. It has been my mission to create an environment in which our associated doctors and staff can do the same.
For the last 20 years I have had the opportunity to speak with veterinarians about practice management. This has ranged from large CE formats to private one on one consultations. I know firsthand that there are many unhappy doctors and unsuccessful practices. This saddens me. Veterinary medicine is the greatest profession on earth if the practice culture and focus are correct.
Every practice does the basics, wellness, x-ray, surgery, dental, etc. Let’s talk about what is important. Our associates work four 8-hour days a week, with no evenings, no on call, no weekends, no holidays! The doctors’ earnings are in the top 5% in the nation, while living in one of the lowest cost of living areas of the country.
We offer a supportive team of veterinarians with a combined 120 years of experience at your fingertips to collaborate with. These experienced doctors enthusiastically mentor our new doctors who are just starting their careers. Our staff to doctor ratio is 6.5 to one, and our staff turnover rate is near zero. This allows the doctors to only do doctor work. This allows each doctor to be very productive.
Of course we have all the equipment. Digital standard and dental radiography, full in house Idexx and reference lab, ultrasound etc. etc.
