Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists-Hoffman Estates is looking for a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our Medical Oncology team!
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Medical Oncology experience preferred
- Specialty experience highly preferred
- Chemotherapy handling experience preferred
- Strong venipuncture and IVC placement required
- Ability to multi-task adjust and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Are energetic: TEAM players with great communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn and assimilate quickly to new computer applications
- Can fully use their technical skills, as well as learn from new experiences
- Provide input and assist with all aspects of patient care.
Education:
- CVT required
- Bonus: VTS (Oncology)

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $25-30/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
