Thrive Decatur is looking for a full-time Veterinarian to join our team in Decatur, GA.About You
You can care for pets throughout every stage of their lives, build lasting relationships with clients, and become a trusted part of the local community. Our progressive compensation model includes competitive base salaries with production compensation opportunities - plus, no negative accrual.
You’re willing and able to confidently manage wellness, preventive, medical, and surgical cases independently while collaborating with a strong support team and utilizing nearby ER and specialty referral partners for advanced care and case support when needed.
About Thrive Decatur
We’re a full-service small animal general practice located in Decatur, GA, just outside of Atlanta, focusing on preventive care, wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, vaccines, and non-critical urgent care for cats and dogs. Our hospital has a collaborative, low-ego environment where experienced veterinarians are trusted to practice with autonomy while still benefiting from a strong network of peer and specialty support. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate medicine, exceptional client communication, and individualized patient care. Medical quality, teamwork, efficiency, and relationship-building are all equally important.

We are open six days a week, serving Decatur, Midtown Atlanta, Buford, Marietta, Woodstock, Alpharetta, and surrounding communities throughout the Atlanta metro area. We are able to offer flexible scheduling within those hours of operation.

Your Experience & Skills
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
