Eye Care for Animals, located in Annapolis, Maryland, is conveniently located inside of the Chesapeake Veterinary Referral Center. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team as part of Thrive Pet Healthcare's community.

Experience and Skill Requirements
1-2 years client service experience required
Veterinary client service representative experience strongly preferred
Enjoys creating an exceptional client experience from the first phone call
Excellent client service and phone skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fast learner with the desire to grow
Able to remain calm in stressful situations
Ability to show empathy and compassion with clients and team members
Is not afraid to face challenges and work through obstacles in the moment
Schedule flexibility

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring great client service during all interactions
Answering high volume calls and prioritizing importance of calls
Monitor client flow from check-in to check-out
Records Management
Data Entry
Accurately relay information to clients
Process payment transactions
Work closely with team members and remain cooperative and respectful

Eye Care for Animals - Bestgate is a referral-based veterinary ophthalmology practice located in beautiful Annapolis, Maryland. Our team specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases in dogs and cats, offering both in-room appointments and advanced surgical interventions. With board-certified ophthalmology expertise on staff, our practice delivers the highest standard of compassionate, specialized care to each and every patient we treat.
We are open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $22 - $25/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
