Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Veterinary Nurse at Evervet Prahran, you’ll play a central role in delivering exceptional patient and client care alongside an experienced and close-knit team. This permanent full-time position offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make meaningful connections every day.

• Lead Fear Free Practices: Drive our commitment to stress-free, compassionate veterinary care, setting the standard for a calm and positive experience for our patients.
• Provide Personalised Care: Deliver high-quality care for pets and their owners in a supportive and welcoming environment.
• Clinical Nursing & Procedures: Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments; perform pathology collection and fluid therapy management.
• Maintaining High Standards: Uphold hygiene and equipment standards to ensure Gold Standard care.
• Diverse Nursing Duties: Assist veterinarians with examinations and surgeries; oversee pre- and post-operative care, anaesthetic monitoring, emergency, and critical care.
• Client Relations: Educate pet owners on animal care, nutrition, and preventative health; address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Operational Support: Manage clinical inventory and maintain accurate medical records via Ezyvet to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications/Experience

• CertificateIV or Bachelor of VeterinaryNursing or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
