Description
A locum position has become available in the Riverina, NSW, for January and February of 2026. The position is in a mixed practice with a high small animal component. A range of surgical and medical skills would be useful but new graduates would be considered. Some after hours work is also required but support would be provided for less experienced applicants. The position would be 5 days a week basic. Dates for the position are open for discussion depending on the applicant. An extension would be possible if desired.
The position is at Leeton Veterinary Hospital, which is a well-established facility in Leeton, an attractive and thriving centre in the Riverina. The practice has 2 FT vets and one on leave, and experienced and qualified staff. We have a good rangre of diagnostic and treatment facilities.
Requirements
New or recent graduates with an interest in some large animal work and a range of small animal interests preferred.
