Tired of corporate veterinary medicine? Bentonville Veterinary Specialists is a private, owner/surgeon-led startup. Full time specialists will join the owner, a board-certified surgeon, to serve the large referral community in the rapidly growing city of Bentonville, Arkansas. Located in the heart of the Ozarks, our new, state-of-the-art veterinary specialty hospital will be a referral hub for Northwest Arkansas that values clinical excellence, collaborator input, and doctor well-being.
We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified or Board-Certified-Eligible Veterinary Internist and also a Medical Oncologist to join us at the very beginning of this exciting journey. We aren't just looking for an employee; we are looking for future partners. The premier specialty hospital will be a newly renovated 9,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, advanced diagnostic tools, and a collaborative environment designed to provide the highest level of care for pets and peace of mind for their families.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active veterinarian licensure or license-eligible to practice in the state of Arkansas
- A diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (DACVIM) or a residency-trained veterinarian eligible for board certification.
- Passion for building something new in a supportive, forward-thinking hospital environment.
- A partner and collaborator who wants to practice high-level medicine with excellence in a full-scale referral center.
