Parkview Pet Clinic is seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

Ideal Candidate:

• 1 year experience working in the veterinary field preferred
• multi-task and prioritize duties
• ability to handle multiple phone lines
• maintain professional, upbeat demeanor
• Flexible availability to work on weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• manage high volume of incoming calls
• responsible for admitting and discharging patients
• assist with pharmacy refill process and diet/OTC purchases
• maintain patient medical records
• client communication and education
• assist our veterinarians and technical team

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $19.50-$22.00 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
