Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Individuals in this role perform such duties as:
- Answer phones (route phone calls, screen phone calls for management, answer client questions, etc.).
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Discuss and promote service offerings with clients.
- Provide clients with estimates for pre-determined procedures.
- Check clients in and enter their information to ezyVet.
- Communicate appointment arrivals with the medical staff.
- Check clients out and collect payment.
- Sell food, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention to clients.
- Perform general office duties.
- Perform general cleaning duties in the Lobby.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
