Description
CanyonVet New Braunfels is looking to add a full-time Veterinary Client Service Representative/Customer Service Representative to join their amazing team!The Client Service Representative is the client’s first and last contact when calling or visiting our clinic and as such presents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The CSR answers telephones, greets clients, updates client records, prepares billing and collects payments, and performs a variety of other related services.
Our ideal candidate:
- Must have vet med experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Is self-motivated and able to work independently
- Is a great team player
- Has experience with answering multi-phone lines
- Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Is familiar with standard office equipment
- Can problem-solve
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and greeting clients and patients
- Schedule Appointments
- Assist with the check in and check out process
- Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and print receipts
- Update patient accounts when necessary
- Maintain an individual cash box which is to be balanced at the end of each shift
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service in a positive manner
- Maintains reception area organized and clean
- Stock pet food, retail, and office supplies
- Completes tasks as assigned
