Family Pet Clinic of Richland Hills is seeking a Veterinarian to join our collaborative and compassionate team.

We recently completed a full clinic remodel featuring new flooring, updated cabinetry, and the addition of a fourth exam room—creating a bright, modern, and efficient workspace that enhances workflow and patient care.

Support
For new graduates, this role offers direct mentorship from the Medical Director and participation in NVA's structured 12-month Mentorship Program. In this program, our Associate Doctor will have access to:
- One-on-one surgical and medical support from Dr. Jodi Long, current President of TVMA and Oklahoma Mentor
- A suite of wellness programming focused on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life
- A cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Texas with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement opportunities
Compensation
- Up to $150,000 per year (DOE)
- Production pay and performance bonus opportunities
- Signing bonus and/or relocation assistance available
