Description
Job DescriptionAre you passionate about gold-standard medicine, Fear Free handling, and shaping the future of veterinary care alongside like-minded peers?
Atlas is proud to be partnering with a highly progressive, fast-growing veterinary group that is launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital in Tulsa, OK, opening in 2026, and seeking an experienced and passionate Veterinarian to lead the charge!
This is a rare DVM opportunity designed for ambitious Veterinarians who want influence, equity, and clinical excellence - without the stress, debt, or isolation of traditional practice ownership.
This modern clinic has been purpose-built from the ground up to support high-quality general practice and daytime urgent care, blending cutting-edge technology, thoughtful hospital design, and a deeply collaborative culture. You will be supported by an excellent team of veterinary technicians and support staff to support you in building a long-lasting clientele for years to come!
The environment is intentionally calm and welcoming, supporting Fear Free principles for pets while creating an energizing, sustainable workplace for the veterinary team.
As a Partner Veterinarian, you’ll have a rewarding and fulfilling clinical caseload as well as operating as the Medical Director for the hospital, while being fully supported by a dedicated senior leadership team, including medical operations, recruiting, client services, and technology, allowing you to focus where it matters most: medicine, mentorship, and outcomes. You’ll also join a national community of Partner Veterinarians who collaborate, share ideas, and grow together, with a clearly defined pathway for Associates to progress into partnership roles over time.
This role offers the upside of equity and profit sharing, leadership autonomy, and long-term career growth, all with zero buy-in required.
Key Highlights:
- Practice progressive medicine with access to modern tools and technology that genuinely support how you work day to day
- Founded and led by experienced DVMs, ensuring veterinary voices drive both clinical and operational decisions
- Partner closely with a dedicated business leader who supports the non-clinical side of running the hospital
- Work with a highly trained support team, maintaining an excellent 2–3 technicians per DVM ratio
- Fear Free Certification is fully supported, reinforcing a low-stress, patient-first approach to veterinary care
- 30-minute appointment slots to provide high standards of care to clients without rushing
- Enjoy a sustainable schedule designed around work–life balance, including a four-day workweek and thoughtful weekend coverage
- Build a caseload that aligns with your interests, from leadership and mentorship to surgery, urgent care, and complex medical cases
- Administrative demands are minimized through virtual support teams handling refills, client communication, and back-office tasks
About You:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Oklahoma
