Since 1999, Tuggerah Veterinary Clinic has been a trusted community practice, caring for pets, wildlife, and everything in between. Our clinic is modern, well-equipped, and known for its warm, supportive culture. Our team genuinely enjoys working together, supported by long-standing locums and a proactive practice manager who keeps the clinic running smoothly. We're seeking a Lead Veterinarian to guide and inspire this dedicated team.

In this full-time role, you will:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care, diagnosing and managing a diverse range of cases
- Lead and mentor a collaborative team of vets and vet nurses
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced practice manager
- Be supported by a group of Lead Vets who can provide mentorship, leadership guidance, and growth pathways
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent recognised in Australia
- Experience mentoring veterinarians in a supportive clinical environment (desirable, not essential)
- Confidence working in sole charge; some days will have a second vet on duty
- Ideal for someone with 5+ years’ experience who has a keen interest in progressing into leadership, supported by a strong network of experienced Lead Vets to guide your development

Requirements
What you’ll need:
