Description
Emergency Veterinary Clinic of SW Missouri (Springfield, MO) is looking for a full-time veterinarian. New grads are welcome; mentoring will be provided. For the first 6 months or longer, you will be the second doctor on the schedule - so you will not be on your own. You will be with an experienced emergency veterinarian. After 6 months, one of our seasoned veterinarians will be on-call for you.
If you are burnt out in general practice, tired of corporatepolitics, or if you were furloughed from a government job - we will mentor you and get you up to speed!
- Averages 13 shifts a month
- Salary - base salary $85,000, PLUS commission. We are a very busy clinic - so we make a decent amountin commission (ends up being ~ 25-30% of what you bring in)
- Stipendfor CE, All Dues (IVECCS, MVMA, AVMA, PLIT, BNDD, DEA) are covered, medical insurance stipend.
- Quality staff (currently have 1 RVT'son staff) and
- Quality equipment (Ultrasound, Endoscope, Digital rads, Snyder ICU units, etc).
- We are an after-hours emergency clinic - nights, weekends and holidays. We are NOT corporate, privately owned.
