At the Veterinary Specialty Center, we’re a privately owned specialty hospital on Florida’s beautiful Space Coast, built around compassion, collaboration, and high-quality medicine. Currently, we are a solo surgeon practice with a busy and loyal referral base, and we’re ready to expand our services by adding Internal Medicine to our growing hospital. We’re proud of the strong relationships we’ve built with our referring veterinarians and the personalized care we provide to every patient who walks through our doors.

This is a truly unique opportunity to build your own Internal Medicine service from the ground up, alongside an established surgical specialty. We’ve set aside dedicated funds to develop and equip this new department, and you’ll have the freedom to design the workspace, select your equipment, and establish protocols that reflect your professional vision and standards of care. You’ll be supported by a talented technical team, collaborative leadership, and a hospital culture that values integrity, communication, and respect, without the corporate red tape.

About You

• ACVIM Diplomate (SAIM) or residency-trained, board-eligible clinician
• Excited by the opportunity to create and grow a new service
• Collaborative, communicative, and committed to exceptional patient care
• Interested in working closely with a surgeon and a motivated, tight-knit team
