- Emergency Veterinarian: Privately Owned
Description
Our privately owned Emergency Hospital is searching for an experienced overnight emergency veterinarian to join our team.
HAEC is a privately owned, women owned, vetmom owned 24-hour emergency hospital located in Hershey Pennsylvania. Our hospital is focused on providing compassionate, quality emergency care to our community. Teamwork, camaraderie, and a great work life balance are very important to us. We currently have 11 veterinarians and over 75 support staff and are continuing to grow.
Our hospital is equipped with new modern equipment including:
- Full Idexx in house laboratory
- Digital xray
- 3 ultrasound machines including a high end machine for full abdominal scans/specialist reads
- 4 Snyder ICU oxygen cages
- Endoscopy
- Ligasure machine with electrocautery and vessel sealers
- Digital cytology machine for specialist read reports within 2 hours
- Separate cat and dog ICU wards
- Ventilator
- In house blood bank program
- Therapy laser
- Viscoelastic Coagulation Monitor
- Instinct practice management system which includes fully electronic whiteboard/treatment sheets.
We offer a highly competitive salary of $260,000-$300,000/year based on experience level and shift preference. This is paired with our strong benefits package which includes:

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
- Pennsylvania State License, in good standing, and/or ability to transfer license from another state
