We are looking for an Office Manager who thrives in a role with many moving parts, builds strong relationships, and takes pride in being the glue that keeps our clients, doctors, and team connected.
This is not a typical front desk role but this is a dynamic position at the heart of our veterinary relief service, where your talents and abilities will have an impact across the business..
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage schedules for a team of relief veterinarians across multiple clinics & states
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure we maintain strong lasting relationships and help build new ones
Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and confidently navigate last-minute changes
Communicate clearly and proactively with both clinics and doctors
Manage administrative operations including scheduling logistics, documentation, and follow-up
Support onboarding of new clients and associates
Help strengthen client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service

Requirements
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles
Veterinary industry experience strongly preferred (clinic or relief setting)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands
Proficiency with computers – gmail, Microsoft office, quickbooks & we will train our scheduling software
