Description
About You
You are a compassionate Veterinarian who values the "long game"—building trust with families and caring for pets from their first puppy visit through their senior years. You take pride in being the first person a client calls when something "just feels wrong," and you excel at providing the clarity they need in those moments.
The Ideal Connection:
Clinical Excellence: You are passionate about high medical standards but value a collaborative, team-first approach to case management.
Community-Minded: You enjoy the "local feel" of a neighborhood hospital but appreciate having the robust resources and support of the Thrive network behind you.
Effective Communicator: You believe that great medicine starts with a great conversation.
