Full Time
Cascade West Veterinary Hospital
About You
You’re not just a doctor; you’re a pillar of the community. In this role, you’ll build deep, multi-year roots with families who will look to you first when something "just feels wrong." You’ll experience the ultimate clinical variety, managing a caseload of 50% Equine (ranging from high-performance athletes to pleasure companions) and 50% Livestock (supporting local cattle, dairy, and small ruminant herds).
Life on the Road Your office changes with the landscape. Since the majority of your time is spent in the field, we provide a fully-equipped company vehicle to serve as your mobile headquarters. And because we know the best co-pilots have four legs, your furry passenger is always welcome to ride along for your farm calls!
Our Culture & Support Whether you’re a seasoned vet or a recent grad, you won’t be on an island. You’ll be backed by an experienced team that lives for collaboration and peer-to-peer coaching.
Mentorship that Matters: We don't just "offer" mentorship; we practice it. You’ll have access to structured support and a team that is always just a phone call away when you're tackling a complex urgent call.
